On Time
The share of station stops where a train arrived on time, meaning within one minute of the timetable, across Great Britain's national rail network, measured by the rail regulator, the Office of Rail and Road (ORR). It is the strictest punctuality test and excludes cancelled trains. A higher share means more trains ran to schedule; a lower share, more delay.
